The consumer products division of Al-Bahar Group operates e-commerce enabled DTC operations that caters to consumers directly by delivering food and consumer products across the Kuwaiti market. We serve a population of around 3.4 million people across more than 500,000 households.

The DTC channel supplements our distribution operations to serve the B2B segment, food services supply, as well as large household requirements. Among the services we offer are a central delivery hub with same day priority delivery featuring brands from our distribution portfolio. In addition, our channel is social commerce enabled, which keeps us on the pulse of customer needs.
