Emad General Trading Company (EGTC) has been conducting a series of activations at the trade to enhance field execution and excellence in merchandising. The sales team held a merchandiser competition in September branded as the “Star of the Month”. The activation encouraged the field sales team (merchandisers) to increase their productivity, promote excellence in merchandising, adopt best practises and ranking the efforts in shelf merchandising.

The competition not only built the skills of the winners, it helped other team members to pick up new tricks to creatively stack shelves, enhance relationships with the customers and the partnering brand and push additional sales. Winners were rewarded with incentives and certificates. Well done!
